-Chia-Hua Hsiao-

Born in Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1980, Chia-Hua began her career as a video content creator in her home country. In 2006, she relocated to Japan as a scholar of the Takashimaya Trust Fund, a program that selects one scholar annually from Taiwan and Singapore.

Creative content production—particularly video—has always been her primary focus, driven by her curiosity and desire to explore new possibilities. With over 10 years of experience, she has worked with digital creative agencies, TV productions, media, and PR agencies. Her consistent delivery of high-quality work led to her promotion to a managerial role overseeing media and editorial productions.

A New Path to 'Sustainability'

When working on documentaries over environmental issues with Taiwanese media back in 2010, 2013 and 2016, she felt a tiny little green seed has been growing in her mind. In early 2022, she made a career shift and actively introduced herself to the world of sustainability, and has worked with Dutch sustainability consulting firms and organisations, whilst exploring possibilities to build partnerships in Japan, Taiwan and Europe.

蕭　佳華（シャオ　ジャホァ）

台湾新竹市出身。2006年に公益信託高島屋国際スカラーシップ基金の台湾代表奨学生として選抜され来日し、以来日本を拠点に活動しています。映像企画制作を軸に広告制作全般の経験を10年以上持ち、広告、メディア、テレビ、PRなど多業界を経験しています。近年はよりプロジェクトマネジメントの方に力を発揮するようになり、チームメンバーにとってやりがいを見出し、更にクライアントにとって良いエコシステムが生まれる環境作りに取り組んでおります。

サステナビリティの世界に飛び込む

2022年1月より、娘の世代のためにより良い未来を作りたいという渇望から、サステナビリティ（SDGs）に携わるコンサルティング事業のプロジェクト・マネージャーとしても活動し、ヨーロッパと日本、台湾のサステナビリティ活動推進に意欲的に取り組んでいます。現在は茅ヶ崎をベースにしながら、日本と台湾を繋げるプロジェクトを探り中。
